Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are real diamonds. They have the same chemical composition, crystal structure, and physical properties as natural diamonds. The only difference is their origin—ours are grown in a controlled laboratory environment rather than formed naturally beneath the Earth.

Just like natural diamonds, our lab-grown diamonds are available in a range of cuts, colors, clarities, and carat weights and can be independently graded for quality.

Are Your lab grown diamonds certified?

Yes. Our lab-grown diamonds are IGI certified and come with a physical certification. After your order is placed, we will also send you a soft copy of the IGI certificate within 48–72 hours for your records

Yes, All our pieces are made to order. You can provide any customisation to us, we will be more than happy to create the exact same design.

Will I get to see the design before it’s made?

Absolutely. We create a detailed CAD design so you can visualize your ring before production. Nothing moves forward without your approval. Also before the shipment we will share the finished product video with you.

Can I make changes during the process?

Of course. We understand that ideas evolve, which is why we allow revisions during the design phase. You can request adjustments to elements like stone size, setting style, or band details until the design feels just right.

Can I personalize an existing design from your collection?

Yes, our designs are fully customizable. You can modify stone shape, carat size, metal type, band width, or even add unique design elements. This way, you get a piece that combines our craftsmanship with your personal touch

How long does a custom piece take?

Typically, custom pieces take around 2–3 weeks after final design approval. The exact timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the design, but we always aim to deliver within a reasonable timeframe without compromising quality.

Do you offer engraving services?

Yes, standard designs can be returned within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unworn, in original condition, and include certification. Custom-made or engraved pieces are not eligible.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, we do offer exchanges. Just contact us within the 30-day return period, and we’ll help you with the next steps.

Can I exchange my ring if the size is incorrect?

Yes, we offer resizing support. If your ring size isn’t perfect, we can assist with resizing to ensure a comfortable fit. Terms may vary depending on the design.

Is there a time limit to request an exchange?

Yes, you have 30 days from delivery to request an exchange. Just contact us within this period, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Are there any charges for exchanges or resizing?

A 20% for moissanite & 30% lab grown diamond restocking fee is applicable on returns. For exchanges or resizing, any additional costs—if applicable—will be transparently shared before proceeding.
